Healthy Diet With Food Combining

What is food combining? Food Combining is accelerating eating behavior with body mechanism. Your body digestive system have three periode : digest, absorb and waste. So with food combining your eating behaviour will be base on your body rhytim.


Digest periode : betwen 12 am until 8 pm , during this time you can have solid food like carbohidrat.


Absorb Periode : betwen 8 pm until 4 am, after your body digest all food that you’ve eat. During this time your body will absorb all the food and send it all to your body. During this time must take arrest and take a sleep.


Waste Periode : between 4 am until 12 am , this periode will take alo of energy . It’s will be much better if you are not eating solid food cos it will take a lot of energy too. Fruit juice will be much better for this periode.
